Forest Glen exists to provide an environment where people can encounter God. We are a non-profit, multi-site, independent Christian camp & retreat center, with locations in Huntsville, TX (just 90 min from Houston & 45 min from The Woodlands) and Rosebud, TX (just 45 min from Waco & Temple, 60 min from Bryan/College Station, & 90 min from Austin).
Whether it’s kids & student camps, church retreats, conferences or schools, we have provided excellence in camping to groups of all sizes since 1974. Lives are changed at camp.

GROUP retreats
At Forest Glen, we know that lives are changed at camp, and we look forward to providing an environment where you will encounter God. At our sites, you’ll find beautiful lakes, swimming areas, blobs, challenge courses, zip lines, large meeting rooms, climate-controlled cabins & dining halls where you’ll enjoy our delicious meals. Our accommodations are staffed by our professional, friendly team that will serve you and help make your experience memorable.
Day Camps
Imagine your kids hopping on a bus full of friends & spending the whole day outside in nature, canoeing across lakes, zip lining through trees, learning about Jesus, and coming home at the end of the day, excited (& exhausted), brimming with stories about the memories that were made.

An unforgettable experience for students and educators alike is at Forest Glen Outdoor Academy. Our mission was to create a program that comes alongside schools to help provide an environment where students can explore and learn in an outdoor setting.
