Do I need to be Christian to work here?

We ask that all of our staff have a proclaimed faith in Jesus Christ, and actively practice their faith.

What age do I need to be?

We welcome everyone to work at our facility. We normally hire 18-24 for summer staff jobs, and all ages for our year round staff. Internships are best suited for college students looking to chart their career path. We offer Junior Staff options for summer, but you must be 15+ to apply.

Can I work both summer and year round?

Yes, you can! Please mention in your application your intent to work the entire year, and we will discuss details in your interview.

What does pay look like?

Our pay structure will vary depending on your job title and the season you will be working. Visit the individual staff pages to learn more.
